Personally, the best aspect of this journal is that it is written by an individual who has first-hand knowledge of living with an eating disorder. The book raises self-awareness and is easily readable...If appropriate, I intend on using the exercises in the book with my clients. I will also recommend this journal to my colleagues, family and friends.
